For more than fifteen years, Sara has advised national and international clients on all aspects of employment law, including maternity and equal rights. Sara also has extensive litigation experience and frequently represents her clients in court.
Throughout her career, Sara has worked at prestigious law firms and was recently named a "Thought Leader in Employment & Labor" by Lexology. Her native language is German, but Sara is also fluent in English and has a good command of Spanish and French.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, especially for moms. If you cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund or can rebook for a future session. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded, but we will be happy to offer you a spot in one of the next available sessions.
What happens if I miss a meeting due to family commitments?
We understand that family commitments may affect your attendance. If you are unable to attend a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In accordance with our cancellation policy, late cancelations are generally non-refundable. However, we will try to work with you to find a solution, e.g. by rebooking.
Do I have to attend every session live or are there recordings?
To get the most out of the course and be able to actively participate, we recommend attending all live sessions. Please note that no recordings will be provided as our programs are designed for interactive exchange and personal reflection.
What technical equipment do I need for the online meetings (e.g. Microsoft Teams, webcam, stable internet connection)?
To participate, all you need is a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone (e.g. laptop or tablet) and access to Microsoft Teams. We also recommend that you choose a quiet place where you can participate undisturbed. No prior technical knowledge is required.
