Participants gain a solid understanding of the current job market and learn the crucial difference between simply applying for jobs and strategically positioning themselves for suitable roles. In addition, the course highlights the role that artificial intelligence plays in the application process and how it can be used in a targeted and effective manner.

    You’ll understand the role of the cover letter in the application process and learn how to use it to effectively set yourself apart from other applicants. You’ll discover how to articulate your motivation clearly, relevantly, and authentically.
  • Succeeding in Your Job Search in the Age of AI
    You’ll gain an overview of the role of artificial intelligence in the modern job application process—including its opportunities and limitations. You’ll learn how to use AI tools effectively and strategically to optimize your applications without losing your authenticity.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, especially for moms. If you cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund or can rebook for a future session. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded, but we will be happy to offer you a spot in one of the next available sessions.

What happens if I miss a meeting due to family commitments?

We understand that family commitments may affect your attendance. If you are unable to attend a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In accordance with our cancellation policy, late cancelations are generally non-refundable. However, we will try to work with you to find a solution, e.g. by rebooking.

Do I have to attend every session live or are there recordings?

To get the most out of the course and be able to actively participate, we recommend attending all live sessions. Please note that no recordings will be provided as our programs are designed for interactive exchange and personal reflection.

What technical equipment do I need for the online meetings (e.g. Microsoft Teams, webcam, stable internet connection)?

To participate, all you need is a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone (e.g. laptop or tablet) and access to Microsoft Teams. We also recommend that you choose a quiet place where you can participate undisturbed. No prior technical knowledge is required.

Are the programs tailored to full-time and part-time re-entry?

Yes, our programs are designed for both full-time and part-time re-entry. We support you in choosing a career path that suits your lifestyle.
