No, Meliora is not only aimed at mothers after maternity leave. Our programs also support women who want to reorient themselves professionally during early maternity or later in their careers. Whether you are returning to work after a break, exploring a new path or want to align your values with your professional development, Meliora will accompany you on your journey with individual coaching, practical training and community support.
Is Meliora only for women or also for men?
Meliora focuses mainly on supporting women, especially mothers, to re-enter and develop their careers. However, we also welcome men who are actively involved in family life and are looking for support during a career transition or parental leave. We believe that parenthood is a shared responsibility and partner support can be critical to women's career success.
How long does a course last and how much time should I plan per week?
As we know that mothers often have a busy everyday life, our programs are designed for short, focused sessions of 1 to 2 hours. Depending on the course, you should expect to spend a few hours per week - for sustainable progress while leaving room for family and everyday life.
Can I take part with a baby or small child in the background?
Of course! We know that this is part of the reality of many mothers' lives. You are welcome to take part in the way that suits you best. We create an understanding space in which small interruptions can also have their place.
Do I need previous knowledge or professional experience in a particular field?
