These experiences have shaped her motivation to support people during this crucial phase. Through Meliora, Zsofia offers practical, structured training sessions and personalized one-on-one coaching that guide participants step by step through the entire job application process—from positioning themselves and preparing application materials to networking, interview preparation, and contract negotiations.
