Training and career reintegration specialist (Trainers & Coaches)
We are looking for an empathetic, dynamic and competent Training & Career Reintegration Specialist to support mothers re-entering the job market or achieving career goals during childcare.
The role involves designing and delivering effective online training programs to boost confidence, refresh professional skills and successfully manage career reintegration.
The ideal person will have a passion for promoting women, strong facilitation and coaching skills and a deep understanding of the unique challenges mothers face.
Note: This position is fully remote. Communication with the participants will be in German or English - depending on the needs of the group.
Location: Remote
Employment type: Part-time / contract (flexible depending on the candidate's availability)
Main tasks:
- Design and implementation of tailor-made training programs focused on returning to work, professional development and work-life balance.
- Facilitation of workshops (virtual) on topics such as time management, application and interview preparation, communication skills, digital literacy, preparing for remote work and boosting self-confidence.
- Provision of individual coaching and support, tailored to the specific needs and goals of the participants.
- Creating a supportive, inclusive and empowering learning environment.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
- Evaluation of program effectiveness and adaptation of materials or methods based on feedback and results.
- Regular communication with the program participants and tracking their progress.
Qualification
- Experience in adult education, coaching, human resources, career counseling or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of career development strategies and the specific hurdles that mothers have to overcome when re-entering the labor market.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and/or German (written and spoken).
- Confident in using digital tools for conducting online training (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Empathic, non-judgmental and supportive way of working with different groups of women.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and group dynamics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- A background in psychology, social work, education or related fields is an advantage.
Experience
- Experience in working with parents or women returning to work after a career break.
- Knowledge of current labor market trends and remote work opportunities.
- Bilingual skills in English and German are a great advantage.
- Familiarity with the Swiss labor market and employment practices is a plus.
