What can I expect from 1:1 coaching with Meliora?

Each 1:1 coaching session at Meliora offers you a safe, supportive and appreciative space in which you can reflect on your goals, gain new perspectives and gain clarity about your personal and professional path. The sessions are individually tailored to your situation and can cover topics such as professional reorientation, self-confidence, work-life balance or specific strategies for re-entry.

Who are the coaches and what qualifications do they have?

Our coaches are experienced professionals with backgrounds in career counseling, coaching, psychology or HR. They are specially trained to work with mothers and are familiar with the challenges of returning to work or reorienting your career during early motherhood. Each coach brings empathy, professionalism and practical know-how to the table.

How is the coaching tailored to my individual needs?

We start with a conversation in which we want to understand your current life situation, your professional background and your personal goals. On this basis, we design coaching that is tailored to you - with concrete steps to overcome internal and external hurdles and develop new perspectives.

Can the coaching be flexibly adapted to my family commitments?

Yes, flexibility is a central component of our offer. We offer appointments at different times of the day as well as limited evening and weekend appointments to best accommodate your family and work commitments.

How can I book coaching or a coaching package?

You can easily book your coaching session or a package via our website or by emailing info@meliora-academy.ch. We are also happy to offer you a free introductory meeting to find out together which format and which coach suits you best.

How confidential is the coaching process?

Confidentiality is our top priority - regardless of whether you register yourself or your employer facilitates the coaching. Everything that is discussed in the sessions remains confidential between you and your coach. We adhere to professional standards and ethical principles.

What is the cancellation or rebooking policy for coaching sessions?

You agree the exact arrangements directly with your coach. In principle, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations at shorter notice may incur a fee - however, we endeavor to react flexibly in the event of family emergencies.

Can I combine 1:1 coaching with group training?

Yes, many of our participants combine individual coaching with group training. This combination offers a balanced mix of individual reflection and inspiring exchange with other mothers.
