In an intimate small group, you will learn how to create a 4-week editorial plan, collect topic ideas efficiently and write print-ready posts in minutes instead of hours using tools such as LinkedIn Draft Assist, Jasper or Writesonic. We practise hooks, story arcs and powerful conclusions - and we develop outreach templates with which you can elegantly enter into conversations with recruiters or decision-makers. At the end, you'll leave with a clear 14-day action plan - ready to confidently bring your expertise to the timeline.

Marketing professional Sven Oesch has over 15 years of professional experience and held senior marketing positions at PKZ, LOEB and Ochsner Shoes, among others, before setting up his own company, Oesch Marketing. He underpins his practical experience with an Executive MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Bern, which enables him to competently dovetail strategy and implementation. More than three years as a lecturer and six years of management experience flow into his training courses and make them particularly practical.

Sven Oesch works for Meliora as a trainer and coach for LinkedIn training courses: In interactive workshops or 1:1 coaching sessions, he shows how to optimize your profile, create relevant content and organically build reach. His approach combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality - so that private individuals not only become visible on LinkedIn, but also successful.

The course lasts between 1 and 3 hours. Depending on the topic, a small amount of preparatory work may be required in advance.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, especially for moms. If you cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund or can rebook for a future session. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded, but we will be happy to offer you a spot in one of the next available sessions.

What happens if I miss a meeting due to family commitments?

We understand that family commitments may affect your attendance. If you are unable to attend a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In accordance with our cancellation policy, late cancelations are generally non-refundable. However, we will try to work with you to find a solution, e.g. by rebooking.

Do I have to attend every session live or are there recordings?

To get the most out of the course and be able to actively participate, we recommend attending all live sessions. Please note that no recordings will be provided as our programs are designed for interactive exchange and personal reflection.

What technical equipment do I need for the online meetings (e.g. Microsoft Teams, webcam, stable internet connection)?

To participate, all you need is a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone (e.g. laptop or tablet) and access to Microsoft Teams. We also recommend that you choose a quiet place where you can participate undisturbed. No prior technical knowledge is required.

Are the programs tailored to full-time and part-time re-entry?
